The 10" height is ideal for a low obstacle for Pony Class or low height training. Pony Flower Tiers come three pieces to a set, that make it the perfect length for a 10 foot Jump. Use plain or add up to 18 flowers each or a total of 54 Flowers for the set. You can also fill just the lower tier with flowers for a lower height using 27 flowers.
